What does the $49-per-agent activation fee cover?
It's billed once per agent seat, and covers each agent's dedicated Twilio texting number (so you're not on a shared shortcode), A2P 10DLC brand registration with the carriers (T-Mobile + AT&T), per-tenant messaging service, and the AI Setup Agent kicking off provisioning in the background. Most platforms either charge separately for these OR don't bother and let your texts get throttled. We do it once, upfront, and you're live.
Are there any per-text or per-call fees?
Texts and AI voice calls bill against a prepaid AI Wallet (combined credits balance). Your subscription includes a starter balance + $10 in welcome credit on first login. Refill anytime, auto-reload when you get low. Roughly $0.03 per text, $0.06 per AI-call-minute — about 1/3 what Twilio + Vapi cost à la carte.
What if I outgrow my plan?
Upgrade anytime from Settings — it's prorated. You can also add additional seats on the Agency plan ($90/mo each). No downgrade penalties; switch back next month if growth slows.
Do you offer a free trial?
We do better: a 30-day refund guarantee. If your AI doesn't book at least 3 appointments in the first 30 days, email support and we refund EVERYTHING including the activation fee. Most agents see their first booked appointment within 48h of going live.
Can my VA share my seat?
Producer includes 1 VA seat at no additional cost. Team and Agency let you scope multiple VAs to specific agents — VA activity rolls up to the right manager automatically (we built a downline tracker for exactly this).
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit/debit cards via Stripe Checkout. Enterprise customers can request invoicing/ACH after the first 60 days.
